I am a Former Royal Marine Commando I deliver Functional Fitness Sessions in several areas from Classical Yoga Classes and Workshops to Personal Training, Boot Camps to Fitness & Wellness Retreats in the United Kingdom and Overseas which include Planning and Design, Self Defence Programs to Amputee Yoga. These programs are designed for mixed abilities from the Athletes to First time clients. I take great pride in Motivating and Educating Clients and Classes to attain a Positive mindset so they can 'Achieve Your Goals' all abilities, from Fitness to weight management and Motivation..
